Yes, however we will need a Certificate of Insurance for any vendor not on our list.  Your Catering Sales Manager will need to speak to any DJ or musician you wish to hire prior to booking, to ensure they will adhere to the noise ordinance on Anna Maria Island.  All venues require that music be free of profanity and vulgar language, and we reserve the right to control the volume.

We have a speaker and microphone available for rent, or you are permitted bring your own!  Your ceremony site does not have access to power, so it will need to be a battery-operated system, and you will need to have your music pre-downloaded.  You will be required to follow the same guidelines as a DJ/Musician, keeping the music family friendly and at a reasonable volume.  Karaoke is not permitted.

Sea turtle nesting season runs from May 1^st through October 31^st.  In the early part of the summer, several species of sea turtles lay their nests on the beach, and in late summer the baby turtles will hatch and make their way into the Gulf of Mexico.  Bright lights can disorient them and draw them in the wrong direction, so there are Federal lighting restrictions in place to keep them safe.  Because of this, there are some lighting options that are unavailable 5/1-10/31.

Your Catering Sales Manager will help you plan your event, from the timeline, ceremony, and floor plan to the menu and rentals.  They will not be in attendance on your wedding day, however our Event Operations Manager will oversee a fantastic event staff that will make your big day a smashing success!
