We have a speaker and microphone available for rent, or you are permitted bring your own!Your ceremony site does not have access to power, so it will need to be a battery-operated system, and you will need to have your music pre-downloaded.You will be required to follow the same guidelines as a DJ/Musician, keeping the music family friendly and at a reasonable volume.Karaoke is not permitted.
Sea turtle nesting season runs from May 1st through October 31st.In the early part of the summer, several species of sea turtles lay their nests on the beach, and in late summer the baby turtles will hatch and make their way into the Gulf of Mexico.Bright lights can disorient them and draw them in the wrong direction, so there are Federal lighting restrictions in place to keep them safe.Because of this, there are some lighting options that are unavailable 5/1-10/31.

The Event Staff will set up and breakdown everything you rent from us.You will be responsible for setting up any décor you wish to bring, or we can provide you a Day of Planner to handle that task for an additional fee.
Yes, you are permitted to have candles for the event, and candles are allowed during turtle nesting season. We do highly recommend flameless candles, should Mother Nature decide to provide us with a beautiful Gulf breeze!
Your Catering Sales Manager is happy to assist you with additional rentals.Any rental items from an outside purveyor must come from an approved company, be billed through the Event Department, and are subject to a 23% service charge.
