Site Fees

Please note that site fees are based on venue and time of year. Holiday dates are subject to additional cost. Outdoor venues may require lighting and power at additional cost.

Site fees include the following:
  • Food and beverage staffing service.
  • Standard dance area for all indoor events. A dance floor is available for an additional cost and is included in the site fee for outdoor receptions.
  • White table linens (tablecloths and napkins).
  • Standard place settings include china, glassware and flatware.
  • Standard tables and banquet chairs. Outdoor events will have white folding chairs. Beach House chairs are brown wicker style chairs.
  • Specialty tables such as welcome table, cake table, sign-in table, DJ table when applicable, etc.

This is Your day. We welcome and encourage additions to customize your package, however, substitutions are not permitted.

*Please note: There is no price reduction for unused flowers. Your package price may vary based on total package purchase, additionally priced items, specialty items, seasonal, venue, and availability.

Mar Vista availability is limited on holidays. Please contact the venue coordinator to discuss your event date and availability.

All charges subject to 7% sales tax. A service charge of 20% of the total food and beverage revenue will be added, which will be provided to wait staff employees, service employees and/or service bartenders. An administrative fee of 2% of the total food and beverage revenue and applicable taxes will be added. This administrative fee is retained by Anna Maria Island Venues and is not a tip, gratuity or service charge for any employee(s) providing service to you.
